To be eligible for a cancellation, please cancel within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a 100% refund. Any orders placed outside of this timeframe will receive a 50% refund of the total.
To start a cancellation, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your cancellation is accepted, you'll be refunded within 48 hours in the original method of payment.
Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our baked goods, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any of our items once a cake has been received by the designated party. Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored. Refunds requested due to flavor is subjective and will also not be honored. You may qualify for store credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality of the cake is determined not to meet our standards. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Cakers.
